We fully recognise the importance of addressing the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and take our responsibilities in this area very seriously.

About us

Caremonitor started in Australia and now operates in the UK.

We provided a digital healthcare platform deliver Hospital in the Home, virtual care and remote patient monitoring programs.

Healthcare teams also use CareMonitor for chronic disease management, perioperative care, ePR aligned workflows and health and wellness initiatives.

The platform includes AI-driven capabilities that help streamline workflows and support clinical decision making.

We are committed to ensure our business activities and services or products we supply or procure are free from modern slavery and human trafficking.

We should note that, whilst we fully support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act and always act ethically, we are not a relevant commercial organisation under the Act, so our modern slavey statements are provided as additional commitment.

Our Policy on Modern Slavery

We are committed to:

  • Acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

  • Ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business, in any part of the work we carry out, with our clients or with our supply chain.

  • Promoting awareness of modern slavery risks, even within the context of our relatively small-scale operations.

  • Ensuring our organisation’s structure, its business and its supply chains do not encourage or allow modern slavery.

  • Ensuring we have in place clear policies against but in relation to slavery and human trafficking.

  • Committing due diligence in relation to slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

  • Ensuring there are no parts of our business and supply chains where there is a risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place.

  • Ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our business or supply chains.

  • Providing training and capacity building about slavery and human trafficking for all out staff.

Ongoing Commitment:

While our current operations have minimal risk exposure, we are committed to regularly reviewing our practices to ensure compliance with modern slavery laws and maintaining awareness of emerging risks.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement.
